Hi, I’m Sheer Lev, a professional dancer and embodiment facilitator with over 10 years of experience helping women like you find freedom through movement. My journey began with formal training in contact improvisation, modern dance, and axis syllabus, but it deepened through my own healing from disassociation and CPTSD using somatic practices. I created Flow State to share the most powerful somatic tools I’ve discovered — ones that help you melt tension, calm stress, and feel alive in your body again. My approach blends technical dance knowledge with intuitive somatic awareness, so you can build a safe, confident, and joyful connection with your body—no experience needed.
